To what extent is it possible to automate the prevention of dis­putes? By combining principles of preventive law with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data science, this research aims to transform how legal risks are identified and managed - in order to reduce the likelihood of disputes occurring. Grounded in argumentation theory, it establishes a framework for proactive legal strategies, improv­ing efficiency and transparency in legal processes.
The thesis lays the groundwork for future innovation in legal tech and access to justice. It envisions an automated legal environment where workflows are streamlined and disputes are minimized.
